If you decide to return within 30 days you will be given 100% refund or exchange on the product, the original shipping & handling charges are non-refundable. Returns will only be accepted for products that are unopened and unused. The offer is voided if the product being returned is opened or used.

All returns must be authorized by Jewel Sanitary Napkins LLC. in writing prior to returning the item(s) for a refund.

Any order discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of product being delivered by shipping courier. The time will be calculated based on tracking details only.
